Small Group Training

Mom & Dad after the game: "Why didn't you shoot those open shots?"

Young me, shrugging like a confused emoji: "I dunno."

Old me, 20 years later: "I am practicing the wrong way."

That summer I had taken 51,600 shots (https://bit.ly/50K-bball-shots) but I was neglecting one of the most important parts of the game: "the decision to shoot!"

The decision to shoot is the unicorn of basketball practice—everyone talks about it, but no one does it. My mission is to zero-in on decision-making. Specifically, the decision to SHOOT, especially when you’re wide open and the universe is practically begging you to!

Get better at your decision making by signing up with us below.

remote training and long-term programming

I love to help players be the best that they can be.  What they do in their workouts and how they prioritize their training is very important..  I help plan exercises, workouts, and long-term goals for where the players are today and where they can be in the future.

I enjoying growing with players and watching them grow and some of my current relationships have lasted 6+ years with players.

I worked with one of my elite players to plan his workouts for one week in the summer. This would diversify his development to make sure he was developing across the most important areas his speed of development increased more than a typical approach. If interested, please Contact Me

parent & child clinic

I am excited to share an idea for a special event this summer: a Parent & Player Clinic.

Reflecting on my own experiences growing up, I remember my dad rebounding for me as I practiced shot after shot. However, when it came to game time, my practice didn't always translate into performance and my dad would get frustrated. Despite his eagerness to help, he lacked the tools and knowledge to be truly effective.

This clinic aims to bridge that gap. Our goal is to teach parents how to be more effective in helping improve their kids' game beyond just rebounding. We will focus on key aspects of basketball, including decision-making, to empower parents to support their children better. And to just have fun with your kid!

If this is something you would be interested in, please contact me to this email so we can discuss further details.

And as always, thank you for being wonderful parents. Your future child may one day express their gratitude, but until then, please accept my heartfelt thanks.
