Experienced weight training (Conjugate)

The Conjugate Method is for the highest level athletes that have a base of hypertrophy and are very familiar with the weight room.  Since 80% of basketball is legs, it focuses Day 1 and Day 3 on legs, and then Day 2 on upper body.  Day 1 is about increasing your absolute max strength and Day 3 is about increasing Power and moving the bar fast.
