Exercise Progressions and regressions

We always want to be progressing through our weight training and improving our mobility and strength. Here is a guide for progressions that occur in the weight room.

In addition, younger players need regressions in order to have a good starting place for them. Some players have growing pains and can't do the standard exercises but still want to improve mobility and get to the baseline.  Here is a compass that will list out progressions and regressions of various pieces of the puzzle.

The grey exercise indicates the baseline and everything to the right is a progression and to the left is a regression.
