Sprint Conditioning Workout
(Yessis intervals)

Perform the following sprint workout, and try to progress to perform all 4 rounds at the end of your conditioning cycle.  You should perform build-ups to sprinting and then perform conditioning with Round 1 below, and slowly add Rounds 2, then 3, then 4.

Round 1) Sprint 110 yards & jog back (75 seconds per rep) [8-10 reps] (~12-15min) 

Round 2) Sprint 75 yards & jog back (50 seconds per rep) [8-10 reps] (~8-10min) 

Round 3) Sprint 55 yards & jog back (40 seconds per rep] [8-10 reps] (~6-8min) 

Round 4) Sprint 40 yards & jog back (30 sec per rep) [8-10 reps] (~5min)
