As a basketball coach at Lane Tech High School and a dedicated trainer in Chicago, I am passionate about helping players reach their full potential. I also run the Strength & Conditioning Program at Lane, ensuring athletes are well-prepared both physically and mentally.

I believe in the power of the 80/20 Rule and strive to provide the most impactful training by focusing on drills that directly translate to game situations and honing skills tailored to each player's needs.
